Adam’s final bow
Adam was devastated when he heard of Spinner’s death and went through a hard few months. He dropped out of school and quit his part time internship at Degrassi. After nearly overdosing on his anti-anxiety medication, Adam got the wake up call he needed, he knew Spinner wouldn’t want Adam’s life to become sitting on the couch all day, everyday. Adam’s depression was also putting a strain on his marriage, Fiona rarely came home from her design studio and Adam usually slept on the couch in the basement. After being released from the hospital, Adam decided to turn a new leaf and, after taking a trip to Japan with Fiona to rekindle their relationship, he re-enrolled in Toronto University and completed his degree in Computer Technology. He took extra classes to earn his teaching certificate and now teaches Media Immersion at Degrassi. He got his final surgery to complete his transition after graduating university and is now legally male.
He and Fiona remain happily married and still live in their house on the beach with Axle, Delilah and three children, who were conceived through Drew’s sperm donation: twins Madison Leigh and Logan Andrew, and Spencer Gavin.
